To meet long-time client, Russ 🤩
The first thing you will notice about the image is that this ISN’T your regular bootcamp set-up 😆
With Strongman Yokes, Sleds, a Huge Monkey Bar Rack, & so much more
It’s one pretty sweet set-up 💪
Now Russ has been on the Ads Management & LeadDec for almost 2 years now, doing okay in that time
But over the last 8 months, I have personally been working closely with him inside the FitPro Incubator
Fine-tuning the systems, processes, & so much more
But the 2 biggest things we have been working on are
1️⃣ A dedicated client pathway
Taking new front-end sign-ups to becoming full-time clients, lasting a minimum of 10 months
2️⃣ Building a ruthless sales plan
👆 No explanation needed on that one 😆
Going from a very up (£6k) & down (£2k) monthly recurring, that made it difficult to plan anything & at times, take a wage
To now, registering for VAT 🤩 being able to take days out of the business & even walk into a BMW showroom & pick his new car
We did record a few videos with Russ on the day, but I haven’t been able to get mine edited 😆
