What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, energetic Head of Customer Support who’s ready to revolutionize the way fitness businesses operate. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5 desk job. While you’ll primarily be based in our Cardiff office, there will be occasional travel across the UK to visit clients and attend exciting events.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
- Be the Hero: Assist our amazing clients with their needs and support them on the LeadDec platform, helping them unlock its full potential.
- Multichannel Maestro: Provide top-notch support via text, Zoom calls, and emails. You’ll be the friendly face and voice that our clients trust.
- Training Guru: Create engaging training videos and host live Zoom sessions to educate and empower our users.
- Problem-Solving Ninja: Swiftly resolve issues and create support tickets for more complex problems, ensuring no issue goes unsolved.
- Occasional Road Warrior: Travel around the UK once a month to meet clients and attend industry events, spreading the LeadDec magic.
- Idea Generator: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to help us continually improve and grow.

Location Requirement:
This is an in-office position based in Cardiff. Therefore, the ideal candidate must be living in Cardiff or willing to relocate to Cardiff.
