There is kind of a knack to running successful ads on Facebook
โ first you need a hook
โ then the copy needs to be written in a specific way
โ images/video also have a big role to play
๐๐๐ this is what get you the leads
Now you have leads coming in, Facebook is going to be chucking a LOAD of numbers at you, including things like
๐ reach
๐ impressions
๐ clicks
๐ cost per lead
โ much, much more
& yes, they all have a role to play in getting you the leads you need
But itโs just part of the whole equation
You see the biggest & most important number you should be focusing on isโฆ. ๐ฅ
Your COST PER SALE
Which is total ad spend (divide by) total sales
So if you spend ยฃ50 on Facebook & make 1 sale, your cost per sale is ยฃ50
If your programme is ยฃ100 & it costs you ยฃ50 to make a single sale, then your up ยฃ50
On the flip side, if your programme is ยฃ25 & it costs ยฃ50 to make a single sale, then your down ยฃ25
This then takes us onto the final important number you need to knowโฆ
Client Lifetime Value, the average length of time a client stays with you (times) your monthly membership
If a client stays with you on average 10 months & you charge ยฃ50 a month, the client LTV is ยฃ500
Bringing it all together we have the
๐ค Cost per sale (ยฃ50)
๐ค Client LTV (ยฃ500)
๐ฐ Total expected profit = ยฃ450
So… Should you be running Facebook Ads, Google Ada, YouTube Ads or any sort of paid advertising for your fitness businesses?
If you do the quick equation above & it makes profit, then YES ๐ช
Also, on a final note ๐
If you have people telling you that they can get leads for like ยฃ1.50 or clicks for like 25p
Please ask them if they know what the average costs per sale are for their clients, now you know what you should be looking for ๐
You got this ๐
