The Honeymoon Period 😏

For my own talk on Monday at the client summit event, I spoke about squeezing clients for everything you need

They squeeze you for sessions, insights, nutrition & so much more
​
In return, you need a load of things from them, not just the monthly payment
​
One of the key times to squeeze your clients for a few things you need is during their honeymoon period
​
When they are brand new, thinking your service is the best thing since sliced bread
​
That’s only 1 or 2 sessions in, usually during their first & second week with you
​
During this time, you need to be hitting them with a few things you need from them πŸ’ͺ
​
Now my presentation/workshop was like an hour long, but tonight, I wanted to share just 3 of them with you…
​
In that very first week, possibly after the second or third session, you want to create a KPI for all staff members to get a Facebook review from the clients
​
Getting them right after a session when the endorphins are at their highest & they are leaving on a high πŸ”₯
​
During the honeymoon period too, we want to be hitting them with a long-term paid in full offer
​
At the start, when I first came across this, I thought that no client would take this offer up
​
Especially as they had only done 1 or 2 sessions, but I was shocked
​
We closed around 25% of all new clients into a PIF 12-month deal πŸ˜†
​
Finally, during this honeymoon period, we need to be getting them to fill in their long-term vision card
​
This is to start prepping them for committing for the long term
​
Giving them targets & getting their mind fixed on staying with you πŸ’ͺ
​
