This allows you to see how they develop & have an easy out if things are not going to plan

3️⃣ Clear KPIs

Giving them clear instructions on what they need to work towards

Showing you how they are progressing & if additional training is needed

4️⃣ Clear Session Guidelines

This is your business & your clients

You only want to deliver the best, so ensure you have clear guidelines & structure for how your sessions work

5️⃣ End Of Session Report

Yes, at the end of each session, you NEED a report from your coach

Who was late or no-show, who did well, who struggled & more

Should take the coach 5 minutes to write but gives you a load of valuable info

6️⃣ Weekly Staff Meetings

Your staff need to be led, guided & kept up-to-date

If you can’t do this in person

Then send a weekly roundup of what’s going on in the business

It’s critical to your business that your staff represent you well
