How to Open a Hyrox Gym in Less Than 12 Weeks 🤩

Had an awesome coaching call today with one of my FitPro Incubator coaching clients who’s about to launch a brand new Hyrox studio 💪

And when I say launch… I mean open the doors on day 1 with paying members ready to go 💷

Because here’s the thing…

Most FitPros wait until the gym is ready before they start selling

Then 😥 they panic when they’re struggling to cover costs in those first few months

But this client is doing it properly…

He’s getting clients to pre-pay before opening, so the launch is already profitable before the doors even open 💷

Here’s the plan:

📍 Location: A 30-second walk from his current gym, making cross-promotion easy

🎯 Target: 50-60 members at £60/month (£3,000-£3,600 in recurring revenue)

🔥 Pre-Launch Strategy: Build a waiting list of 300 leads before doors open

💰 Estimated Ad Spend: £2,400 max (worst-case £8 per lead)

💪 Offer: 6-week challenge with upfront payment

🏢 Extra Revenue: Renting out 2 back rooms for an extra £1,000-£1,200/month

We’re using Facebook Ads to generate 300+ leads, sending them to a landing page where they join the waiting list

2️⃣ Turn Those Leads Into Sales Calls

Instead of just collecting names & hoping they sign up, we’ll be booking calls to start selling BEFORE the gym even opens

3️⃣ Weekly Email Campaigns

Everyone on the list will get weekly newsletters, behind-the-scenes updates, client success stories & reasons to be first through the doors on opening day

4️⃣ Social Media Hype

Content plan in place to show the journey, drop teasers & use testimonials from the existing gym to build credibility

Most FitPros don’t do this… they wait & hope
