Spent £80k on a gym… still not paying himself 😬

Right now he’s got around 80 clients, running a mix of small group PT & large group sessions

Over 40 sessions a week on the timetable, even if some are only accommodating 1 or 2

He’s doing 6-week front-end offers that roll into memberships, & they’re priced decently…

£249-£400 for the challenge, then £230-£250/month after

​

But here’s the kicker…

Last month he did £7k, while a few months back he pushed £16k

​

But…. & it’s a big one

​

He hasn’t paid himself properly in 3 months now

​

Sometimes having to lend the business money just to keep things ticking over

​

That’s the reality for a lot of studio owners 🫣
