This week inside the Incubator we’ve been getting Christmas & festive season offers planned and prepped

​

And it reminded me of a time a few years back when me, Holly & Jess went into Cardiff city centre to film ads for the gym

​

We went all in on costumes…

👉 Holly was a reindeer

👉 I was an elf

👉 Jess was Santa

​

We set up outside Cardiff Library with our scripts ready for the Facebook ads

​

I recorded mine, Holly did hers, then it was Jess’ turn…

​

But just as she was about to start, a full class of primary school kids came out of the library

​

They spotted Jess in the Santa suit and went absolutely nuts

“LOOK IT’S SANTA!” 🤣

​

You couldn’t write it

​

We got loads of attention, handed out stacks of flyers, and walked away with some cracking videos for our festive campaigns

​

And the result?

​

63 new sign ups in January 💪

​

Honestly, too many to deliver a 5-star service that month, but in January, you cash in 💷

​

The reason it worked wasn’t luck

​

It was because we had everything planned before the rush hit

​

The campaigns, the offers, the content, all ready to go

​

And that’s the lesson for you today 👇

​

If you want to finish the year strong, you’ve got to plan it now

​

Not wait until December when it’s already too late

​
