On the 1st of every month, the whole FitPro Lead Gen & LeadDec team come together for our monthly kick-off meeting
We either go out for breakfast or order breakfast in 💪
Today, we went to meet Toby 🍖
As usual, we share the results from the past month, the growth, the losses & the plans for the month ahead
It gets staff focused, having a full understanding of the business & where we are going
Each month we also have a staff competition/target, which is either
1: Business Development, 2: Staff Challenge, 3: Staff Recognition
The winner at the end of the month gets a Gift Card Prize 🏆
Anyway…
In the last few years, we have grown, actually doubled in size
Now at 11 staff!
11 staff, that have personal & career goals
Which got me & Ella thinking, what & how can we keep improving not just the business for clients, but also for our staff
After all, we have some of the best digital marketers in Wales working for us 🙌
Which brought us to having a clear career roadmap at FitPro Lead Gen
With clear targets on how they can not only grow in the business & their knowledge, but also how they can grow financially
Getting all our amazing staff to want to stay with us for the long term 😎
