The biggest factor in predicting the growth of your fitness business is going to be tracking the correct numbers
The 3 key numbers we have set the Incubator coaching clients are:
1️⃣ Total Monthly Income
2️⃣ Total Monthly Sign-Ups
3️⃣ Total Monthly Leavers
If you haven’t been tracking any of the bottom 2 before, then it’s going to be hard to predict until you have some decent history
On the Total Income side, you can simply just go back, month by month on your Stripe accounts to note down

If you can predict when clients are going to leave
Then this gives you a huge advantage in making sure they don’t & extending their lifetime value 💪
By simply tracking these numbers each month, year on year
You will quickly see a pattern of which months have the highest ratio of leavers, giving you a clear insight into when things need to be put in place
For example, if you see a lot of clients hand in their notice in November
Then you hit them with an offer, change of membership, or coaching style in October
To freshen them up, tie them down to long-term deals or remove any potential thoughts of leaving… BEFORE it enters their head 👊
Honestly, track your numbers, month on month, year on year
And you will more or less be able to confidently predict your business growth
Know when to push harder on sales, know when work needs to be done on retention & when to take some time off
