What’s up, guys? David here and today I want to talk a little bit about your numbers.
Numbers specifically when it comes to your fitness business, from the amount that you charge to the number of clients you have in your fitness business.
If we don’t know these numbers, it’s going to be difficult for you to be able, to create enough money to grow and scale your fitness business.
What I mean by this is, if you need to make £10,000 or £15,000 every single month in your fitness business,
and let’s say you charge charging just £50 a month to join and need to be 10k, then you’re going to need 200 clients to get to that 10k mark.
Whereas if you charge £100 a month and you only need 100 clients and it just keeps swapping like that.
So to really understand and know your numbers fully, first of all, you need to know how much is it you actually want to be earning or make within your fitness business, then break that down, then into the model that you want to run.
How many people do you want in your sessions? How much do you want to be charging and do they marry up?
If they don’t marry up, then work on it to try and figure out the right model for you.
When it comes to the number of people, and the amount you’re gonna charge in order to earn the amount of money that you want to earn, let me know your thoughts.
Let me know what type of business model you run.
