Sorry for the lack of anything the last few days
β
On Monday we had the FitPro Client Summer Summit down here in Cardiff πͺ
β
Then we had the evening social π
β
Not to also mention moving office, and now Yodel have gone AWOL & decided all the new office chairs are a security risk π donβt ask π€·ββοΈ
β
Anywayβ¦
β
I know this is only the second summit we have done so far, but I am loving them π
β
The feedback from the clients is also immense & without our clients, we wouldnβt be able to do these events
β
So the day kicked off with guest speaker & serial franchise owner, James Calderbank
β
Giving us the breakdown of how he went from a PT in a commercial gym to the fastest-growing studio franchise in the UK
β
We then had a quick workshop on building out the 4 monthly sales cycles, to ensure sales come in every day of the month & not just around payday
β
Next was our resident guest speaker, Ash Burleigh, on setting targets in your life & business, while putting the frameworks in place to have a solid end of 2024
β
Then we moved into lunch, or more like a banquet π there was loads!
β
After lunch, we kicked back off with Kai Edwards giving us the complete breakdown of filming high-event video content for your fitness business
β
Including the doβs & donβts, lighting, angles, b-roll, a-roll & so much more
β
After Kai, we had a little treat for all the clients, by bringing in the whole team, so they could chat with their account manager
β
This was the first time for most to meet them in person & not over Zoom π
β
Finally, it was my turn to talk π€
β
Looking at squeezing clients for everything YOU need, after all, you need way more than just their monthly income
β
Then to close the summer summit, we also had the client awards π Iβll share a little more about that this week
β
Everyone then went back to their hotels to refresh, before joining us for the evening social down Cardiff Bay, where we put on a fair amount of free drinks π
β
Sorry for all those that had hangovers the next day, including Holly π
β
The best part of the whole thing was that the summit is like meeting up with a bunch of mates πͺ
β
Yes, itβs serious business, learning, building & putting plans in place
β
But there is no better way of doing it, than having a load of clients around you, that I would also call friends β€οΈ
β
Plus, there have also been calls for the winter one to be closer to the βοΈ
β
But I am thinking we stay in the UK for this one, heading to a place that starts with βMβ
β
You got this πͺ
