On a bi-monthly basis, I take a trip to London
This day is called the “Get Shit Done” Day 💪
It’s where a bunch of our Incubator coaching clients come down for the day
And as the saying goes… they Get Shit Done 💪
We started off the day building new automations into their LeadDec accounts
Today we focused on new client sign-ups & failed payments, including…
✅ New TeamUp sign-ups, with an automated text & email going out from LeadDec, then adding them into a client onboarding automation
✅ We then set up first session booking notifications & booking confirmations – again, TeamUp to LeadDec
✅ Finally, we looked at sending out payment reminders to those that had failed payments in Stripe – Stripe to LeadDec
Lunch followed, where we all chatted about our 5 minutes of fame 😆
And some of the clients really did have a 5 minutes of fame
From being the face of the Navy to playing rugby in Japan for England youth & not to forget a Kickboxing world champion
The afternoon then took us into doing a round table to chat about what’s working well & what needs a little more work
Some of the notable topics were
👍 Client insight knowledge is boosting long-term retention
👍 Increasing pricing is taking the worry out of making a profit
👍 Documenting processes & systematising the business increases business longevity
👎 Staff can be a pain in the arse & the wrong ones can slow down growth
👎 Taking your eye off the ball & trying to launch more before you’ve completed the first has also slowed down growth
Now I’m on the train home watching Iron Man 2, thinking about how we can take LeadDec to that next level 😆
