We all know the longer we leave a lead hanging, the colder that lead gets
After all, when you walk into a shop & want to be served, you also want to be dealt with fast so you can move on

The biggest tweak we made for this was how we framed the text
After all, we all want the lead to reply right?
So we need to play a mindset game with the lead & make them prove they should be allowed more info
What I mean is…
By asking a lead in that first text 🗣️ what are your health & fitness goals?
Makes it a little long to answer, a bit awkward as they don’t know you & very forward
But asking them to confirm they meet a certain requirement, that only takes 1 or 2 words, makes it super easy for them to reply to & open that conversation

🗣️ This programme is only for those that live in Cardiff, please can you confirm you live in Cardiff?
Honestly… just try it, you’ll see a big increase in replies
2️⃣ The 4 Week Follow-Up 😎
This was a game changer for us in not wasting leads
After all, how many leads do you generate who are just not ready right now?
The amazing part of the 4 weeks is that it reignites the lead, who over the course of the last 4 weeks has been simmering
Potentially trying a few things, reading a little more about you, struggling to get results
A simple SMS that says something like 🗣️ I noticed it’s been just over a month since you enquired, are you still looking to get started?
You’ll be amazed by how many prospects reply, apologize for not getting back sooner & want to know more
3️⃣ The 9 Word Emails… I mean SMS 😆
If you’re not sure what this is, it’s basically an email concept that you send every few weeks/months
My suggestion would be to send every 4 months as a text message
It goes along the lines of 🗣️ Hey (name), are you still looking to “DESIRED GOAL”
Send this text every few months 😎
