Q1 Reflections From One of the FitPro Incubator Clients 👇

Let’s be honest… Q1 is never perfect

There are always a few highs, a few curveballs

& a few things you wish you’d sorted sooner 🤷‍♂️

But what matters most is progress

And this studio has made a whole load of it 💪

Here’s what they shared on our latest check-in:

Q1 Reflections From One of the FitPro Incubator Clients

✅ January saw 20 front-end sales & ZERO losses on the recurring side

✅ February, usually the worst month, still brought in 9 sales & gained 2 new recurring clients

✅ March closed out with 11 front-end sales, and while a couple clients went on pause, they still finished with a net gain in recurring

Not perfect… But solid growth across the board 👊

The best part?

He’s finally stepping out of the business 🙌

Now only working 3–4 days in the studio… &, yes & no more gym floor coaching 😎

And that’s a big shift for any FitPro

So let me break down a few lessons off the back of this that you can use this week 👇

1️⃣ Keep Your Front-End Funnel Active Every Month

This client sold every single month

Not because he “got lucky”

But because he planned it, promoted it, & followed up

2️⃣ Review Growth Doesn’t Happen By Accident

Google & Facebook reviews are flying up, because he built it into the staff weekly checklist

Want reviews? Ask for them

Want trust? Earn it & showcase it

3️⃣ You Can’t Outsource What You Don’t Understand

He’s now hiring a bookkeeper

BUT he knows what numbers he needs & what data he wants to see

Learn the basics, then bring in support

4️⃣ Your Time Has Value

No more gym floor coaching means he can now work on the business

✅ Leading

✅ Hiring

✅ Planning the next big move

That’s how you scale 🔥

If Q1 felt a little rocky, don’t stress

Just use it to set the tone for Q2, starting with:

✅ A campaign plan

✅ A review push

✅ A time audit

✅ And finally getting those finances in order

Small steps lead to big results

You got this 💪

David :)
