Some Crazy, Stupid but ESSENTIAL Maths 🧮 

In module one of the Incubator £15k in 90 Day Accelerator

We need to make sure new clients are set up to become profitable
​
That means…
​
✅ having a profitable front-end offer
​
&
​
✅ having a profitable long-term monthly offer
​
Now if we look at some extremely basic maths…
​
Total business outgoings âž— number of clients = cost per client
​
So if your total business costs per month are £10,000
​
And you have 80 clients
​
That’s £10,000 ➗ 80 = £125
​
Each client costs you £125
​
And if you don’t charge more than that amount, your business is making a LOSS!
​
Yes, super basic maths & a lot more needs to go into it…
​
But such a small calculation like that can show you if your pricing or business model is correct or not
​
For context…
​
When we had FitHub30, we charged £50 per month at the start
​
And for the business to operate without me, 4 full-time staff & tax & VAT… our total costs would have been roughly £15k per month
​
£15k ➗ £50pm = 300 CLIENTS 🫣
​
I hadn’t done the math 😭
​
Once I finally started to understand business, we changed things up quickly
​
But we don’t want our ads management or Incubator coaching clients to be in this situation
​
