Total business outgoings āž— number of clients = cost per client
ā€‹
So if your total business costs per month are Ā£10,000
ā€‹
And you have 80 clients
ā€‹
Thatā€™s Ā£10,000 āž— 80 = Ā£125
ā€‹
Each client costs you Ā£125
ā€‹
And if you donā€™t charge more than that amount, your business is making a LOSS!
ā€‹
Yes, super basic maths & a lot more needs to go into itā€¦
ā€‹
But such a small calculation like that can show you if your pricing or business model is correct or not
ā€‹
