The “Get Shit Done” Day 🔥

Today was a FitPro Incubator Coaching client “Get Shit Done” day

A bunch of us headed to London, locked ourselves in a room & got to work

Typically… it was the hottest day of the year so far, with ZERO aircon in the room 😆

Not only is it a super productive day for the clients, but it’s also a chance for them to speak freely

After all, being a FitPro can be a lonely place, where no-one around you really understands what you do 😅

Including how you feel when clients’ payments fail or even how you explain what lead generation is 🤷‍♂️

It’s why we do the BIG Summits for all the clients at FitPro Lead Gen & why we do these “Get Shit Done” days for the Incubator Coaching clients

The day itself started by tidying up all Lead Gen Eco-Systems in their LeadDec accounts, including setting up cancellation automations, funnels & SOPs

Plus then ensuring we had a full 13-month reactivation campaign in place to try & reactivate each client

And for those we didn’t want to reactivate, an automation that removes them from the LeadDec account

We also looked at running quarterly client in-depth feedback, plus getting the client check-in traffic light system polished a little smoother

And finishing with building out timetable lead magnet funnels & automations

The day was a little intense, but that’s the point

We can all go home now knowing that the systems in place will help keep clients for longer

Ensure there is a smooth, automated & structured exit process for each client, that can run without you

And now have a brand new way to generate leads into your fitness business 😅
