The True Business Killer 😰

If running a successful fitness business was straightforward

We’d all have plenty of money & the nation’s fitness wouldn’t be in this mess

Unfortunately, there is this one business killer

That many of us, myself included, have fallen victim to

When I got this wrong, not only did it almost kill my fitness business

But it hit me incredibly hard in the pocket

I had to put my own money in to keep the business afloat & even pay the staff 😰

Not exactly the dream I had been sold on the PT course 🤣

So what is this business killer…

As we get closer to the launch of the brand new FitPro Growth System next month

And week 1 had to identify the elephant in the room 🫣

The biggest business killer by far is your business model & pricing

Our total costs were roughly £15k per month; this covered everything including my wages, tax & VAT

Plus me out of the business

& when this business killer was literally punching me in the face

We were charging £50pm 😭

Meaning we needed a minimum of 300 paying monthly…

but our session sizes could only accommodate 10 per session

Like I said… the biggest business killer out there is having the wrong business model/pricing

And as you know, we were able to change it all around, having the business run without me, eventually selling in 2023
