This was my inspiration, my dream & one of the reasons I wanted my own gym
The only difference being he is in ☀️ 🇺🇸 & I’m in 🥶 🏴
Anyway….
Watching it was a dream, something to work towards, something to focus the mind
And it didn’t happen over night
I had the boot camp in North Wales that didn’t go to plan
DKnine Southampton was supper successful & getting amazing results
But it wasn’t our gym
Then the day came…
A post on the UKPTs Facebook group, where a lady just wanted to give up her lease on the unit
I saw the advert, and told Holly to jump in the car and set off
Holly didn’t even know where we where going or why she had just been forced into the car 🤣
2 hour drive to Cardiff, deal done 🤝
We now have our own GYM 🤩
In a place I had only even been to once and knew nobody 🤷♂️
But if you want to make it happen, you will always find a way 💪
And today marks the 3rd birthday of owning my OWN gym
So….
Dear Elliot, I know you didn’t hear me promise you as I watched you on YouTube all those years ago, that I would get my own gym
I now have & today, it’s the start of year number 3
You got this 💪
