The guy can speak 5, yes 5 languages 😱
He’s the one who welcomes you before each performance and says goodbye at the end
I can 100% guarantee that a prerequisite for this job would have been to speak multiple languages 🗺️
And this is what I’m getting at…
To run a successful fitness business
You really do need to be a master of many trades 👊
🔘 Can’t keep clients smiling during an entire session? Then you’re in trouble
🔘 Have no idea what a Balance Sheet or P&L is? Then you don’t know if your accountant is going to cost you big time
🔘 Terrible at making sales? Then you’re never going to fill your spaces
I’m not saying you need to do it all, but you best have a good understanding of how your business works
Then, and only when your business can fully operate without you, can you really think about stepping away
Each and every Monday, I still get all the numbers of how the business is doing, from new sales to clients at risk
Because if I don’t know what’s going on, how could I possibly know if the business is growing or about to burn to the ground?
Get a good understanding of all areas of your business, then, when it makes sense
Get someone like us to come in and run all your marketing for you 🙌
