As week 8 of 2024 comes to a close & we are just about settled in the new house, making me officially a homeowner
It has us thinking back to all the places we have lived 🤣
And boy, we have lived in a few…
From living with my grandparents, to living with parents to, as the title mentioned, living in the gym for a whole year 😬
This was back when we moved to Cardiff in 2018
We moved here knowing nobody, getting a loan from Santander, plus spending all the money we had on getting the gym sorted
From only planning to stay for just a few nights when we moved up to lasting a whole year 🤣
God! It was hard…
Sleeping on an airbed, having to wake at 5:30 am every morning to have it all cleared away for the first sessions at 6 am
Yet, on social media or to all the clients, no one knew 😅
Roll on 6 years & how life has changed
Selling the studio last year, to being homeowners this year
But my mission is still in place… to help busy, over 30, look & feel better, with more energy, more confidence & with a solid plan in place 💪
It’s now just done by helping all our amazing clients grow their fitness businesses 🙌
Remember, nothing is permanent, if things need to change or be removed to take you forward, make those changes 👊
