So I’m back…

Well, I fly back to probably rainy, cold Wales in the next few hours 🏴

From sunny, hot, and action-packed Orlando 🇺🇸

And what a 2 weeks it has been ☀️

I’ve eaten a load, visited all the parks, did a bit of shopping, and got the most epic T-shirt tan 😆

But one thing I always do when I go away is watch & listen…

After all, there are so many life & business lessons that can be learnt from everywhere you go

So here are 5 things I’ve learnt from Universal, Orlando

1️⃣ Stop Messing Around!

Your fitness business isn’t a hobby 👊

It needs to be taken seriously, especially if you want to become profitable

From the minute you walk into these parks, to the rides & attractions you visit

Everything is run correctly!

There is no uncertainty, no half-arsing it, no “whatever”

It’s done right to ensure maximum enjoyment & profitability 👊

2️⃣ Your Staff Are Killing Your Business!

Following on from the first, the staff here are ON IT!

There’s no letting people off, no dismissing them, no just giving 80%

The staff are serious about their job & in a good way, fear the consequences

Your staff SHOULD know your clients’ names

Your staff SHOULD arrive early to set up

Your staff SHOULD clean correctly

If your staff are not 100% up to the job, then they are costing you CLIENTS 😬

3️⃣ Upsell! Upsell! Upsell!

From water, to clothing, to extra support & merch

Your clients won’t be able to get enough of it

We used to sell bottles of water for 50p & make huge profits

We’d bring out a new T-shirt design each month and sell loads, which is why we launched FitPro Clothing 😏

4️⃣ You NEED a High Ticket/VIP Offering

From the minute you walk into the park, you’re greeted with the “Skip The Wait” offer

This VIP offering costs more than a single day entry to the park & people were queuing up for it

From your entire client base, you’ll have 10-20% who would be willing to spend a lot more with you

It could be extra access to you or additional sessions, to online support & special community access

Put an offer together & let your clients know 💸

5️⃣ Experience is EVERYTHING 🤩

Sea World may have the best rides, but the park is dead compared to Universal

There were ZERO queues at Sea World, yet at Universal, Hagrid’s often had 2-hour queues 😅

Universal makes the experience super unique & special, that has you wanting to go back for more

& this isn’t hard to install into your fitness business

Clients join for results, but stay for the experience & community 👊

Anyway, final Denny’s now before the flight home
