7 Things I Would Do Differently If I Was To Open Again…

Today’s training inside the FitPro Incubator coaching was all about… me 😆

It’s a question I get asked all the time, so I went in on a 40-minute training

Breaking down each one, why I got it wrong & how I would fix it this time

1️⃣ Know Your Total Business Costs… without knowing this number, you’ll have no idea how many clients you need to become profitable, or if your pricing is correct

2️⃣ Charge More & Include VAT From the Off… we all know deep down we need to charge more, & if we don’t already factor VAT in, then it’s going to be one massive shock to the system when you hit it

3️⃣ Maximise Your Business Model… from session length & session capacity, to the timing of your sessions & equipment layout, the more we maximise, the more profits we make

4️⃣ Fire Quick… it has cost me dear over the years, hanging onto staff that had down tooled, the clients start to notice & leave, quality of work takes a dive & again your profits drop

5️⃣ Get A Sales Person In FAST… I hated doing over-the-phone sales, which cost us big time, getting out of my own way & finding someone better than me, is the only option

6️⃣ KPIs… Key Performance Indicators, GAME CHANGER for so many reasons. Showing how the business is performing, staff are performing & makes sacking staff so much easier. Put KPIs in place & watch your PROFITS soar!

7️⃣ Become The Leader… this is one I have only come to recognise this year, your clients need someone to lead the session, likewise your team needs you to guide them
