As nothing else can really be fully understood if I don’t know my potential business costs
This will include my own personal take-home & expected business profits
Not to forget VAT & Tax
2️⃣ Pick The Right Business Model
The model is what will get you to the numbers from above
I never did either when we launched in Cardiff, & it almost cost me big time
Your facility size, audience & business costs should clearly show you what model is right for you
3️⃣ NICHE! NICHE! NICHE!
It’s what grew us so quickly & one thing I would do right away if I was to open again
It makes your content easier, your targeting easier, your marketing easier & most of all your sales easier
4️⃣ KPIs 😎
This has changed the game for us since introducing them into FitPro Lead Gen
The staff know what their goals are, the business knows what needs to be done
& the growth becomes a lot more predictable
5️⃣ My EXIT Strategy 👋
Or maybe my long-term goals
Your business will quickly become stagnant if you don’t have your own personal goals
If you just want to go month by month, then the motivation to grow, develop & get out of slumps becomes super difficult
By having an exit or long-term goal, everything becomes focused, KPIs get hit & profits grow quickly 💰
