🗣️ David, I went ahead & took that studio
First thought was… Adam, what have you done 😆
You see, Adam is an Incubator coaching client with a very, very well-priced studio that he sublets, & I mean, well priced!
With over 70 clients paying him £65, he is in a decent position
But he wants more!
He’s taken his wife on full-time, he wants that bigger family house, & most of all, he wants to be able to put his feet up for a few weeks
Today, we had our first catch-up call since the big news, so we laid down the foundations for the next few months until the grand opening in January 💪
1️⃣ Finalise the new pricing, as his total business costs are now going to be going up
2️⃣ Action a 12-week launch plan, built around a waiting list & local visibility
3️⃣ Hype clients up once a week, with weekly updates on what’s coming, which is going to ensure not a single client leaves
4️⃣ Plan a big charity event to boost awareness in the area & of course, support a great charity
He came on the call with a smile on his face, he left literally jumping around with excitement 😆
I’m buzzing for him, as it brings back all those memories of opening our first studio
