1️⃣ Charging Less Than £150 For Your FEO!
This is huge if you are not making any serious profit in your fitness business
£150 for a 6-week programme really isn’t a lot
For you, it costs you to find the lead, chase the lead, then sell to the lead
Then you have your onboarding costs, gift bag, sales staff, admin & software
Then you need to service that client for the full 6 weeks, that staff costs, fixed costs, and any extra stuff you give them
Even if your cost per sale is say £70, that client is still going to cost you maybe another £50/60/70 over the 6 weeks
Meaning you get £150, they actually cost you £140… leaving you a profit of £10 😩
Yes! If you really know your numbers super in-depth, then you could go cheaper
But if you’re truthful with yourself & you’re unsure of your numbers, then ensure your FEO costs more than £150 👊
9️⃣ You Give Up On Your Leads Too Early!
Let me give you a perfect example…
I can guarantee, Holly already has a location for when we eventually get married
She probably already got a price, or likes the page on Facebook/Instagram
But are we getting married right now? NO!
That venue needs to keep front of mind with emails, targeted ads, and more
Another great example is the time of year we are in right now
If a mum applies now, and you phone and she doesn’t answer
DO NOT STOP CHASING!
She’ll have her kids, holidays, work & more
She will be busy!
Don’t just give up after 1 call 👊
Because I know for a fact, if one of our clients in your area, gets them as a lead
They will go hunting big time 💪
